The rules for using CodeChaseDeal. Please read these terms carefully before browsing our coupons, deals, articles, or signing up for a subscriber account. By accessing or using CodeChaseDeal, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms we post for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and CodeChaseDeal. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website, services, or subscriber features.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Your continued use of CodeChaseDeal after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with the "Last updated" date above and, where required, emailed to active subscribers.
2. Services we provide
CodeChaseDeal is a deal-finding platform that curates and publishes:
- Coupon codes and percentage-off offers for online retailers and service providers.
- Limited-time deal listings, including product, pricing, and expiration details.
- Editorial blog posts with shopping tips, gift guides, and how-to articles.
- Free subscriber accounts with password-less email OTP / magic-link login, personalized preferences and interests (categories, stores), and opt-in periodic email digests.
CodeChaseDeal is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Accuracy of coupons, deals & prices
Important: We work hard to keep offers accurate and up to date, but retailers change prices, expire codes, and run promotions outside of our schedules. CodeChaseDeal does not warrant that any coupon code, deal, price, or description is complete, accurate, or current.
Always verify the final price, shipping costs, taxes, and coupon acceptance on the merchant's checkout page before you complete your purchase. If a coupon from our site does not work as described, please let us know via Contact and we will investigate and update or remove the listing.
4. Affiliate relationships & compensation
In the interest of full transparency: many links on CodeChaseDeal that point to retailer websites are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase on the merchant site, CodeChaseDeal may receive a small commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.
Our editorial independence is never affected by affiliate relationships: coupons, deals, and recommendations are chosen by editors based on savings value, reader demand, and merchant reputation, not based on commission rate or business arrangement.
We are NOT an agent, employee, or joint venturer of any listed merchant. You contract directly with the merchant for any goods or services you purchase, and any dispute about an order, refund, return, warranty, or delivery must be resolved with the merchant in the first instance.
5. Your subscriber account
When you create a CodeChaseDeal subscriber account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information (name, email address, country/language preferences).
- Keep your password-less authentication credentials (email inbox, OTP codes, magic links) confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by writing to support@codechasedeal.com.
- Not impersonate another person, register multiple accounts to abuse referral or sign-up incentives, or use automated scripts to scrape coupon listings or subscriber endpoints.
You may close your account at any time through the member portal preferences page, or by writing to support@codechasedeal.com — see our Privacy Policy for details on the right to erasure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or otherwise harm the integrity of the service (including spamming comments, submitting fake coupon codes, or attempting to circumvent access controls).
6. Email communications & personalized digests
By signing up for a subscriber account and selecting "Receive updates", you consent to receive the personalized digest emails you opted-in for (coupons, deals, store updates, blog updates) at the frequency you chose (daily / weekly / instant). We respect this consent strictly:
- We NEVER send third-party advertisements, sponsored email blasts, or cross-promotional mail on behalf of partners.
- Every email footer includes a direct Unsubscribe link and a link to the Member Portal where you can change preferences or turn off individual toggles.
- Unsubscribe requests are honored within one working day at most, and a permanent unsubscription record is kept for compliance.
You may also adjust preferences at any time — or withdraw consent entirely — without affecting your right to use the public portions of CodeChaseDeal.
7. User-generated content (comments, reactions)
If you post a comment, reaction, or other content on a CodeChaseDeal article, you confirm that:
- you have the right to post the content and it does not violate any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy right;
- the content is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, adult, malicious, or deceptive;
- you grant CodeChaseDeal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and moderate the content on the site and in connection with our services.
We moderate comments and may remove content (or suspend the associated account) that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.
8. Prohibited activities
You may not use CodeChaseDeal to:
- Engage in bulk data scraping, bulk copying of coupon listings, or any automated use that overwhelms or damages our servers.
- Republish coupon codes, deal listings, or articles in a commercial product, email newsletter, or paid service without our written permission.
- Circumvent or disable any rate limiting, caching, authentication, or security controls.
- Use CodeChaseDeal for any illegal purpose, including fraud, phishing, or distributing malware.
- Harvest email addresses or subscriber information from the public site, API, or blog pages.
9. Intellectual property
All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights on CodeChaseDeal — including editorial articles, logo, site design, layout, original deal research, and curated copy — are owned by or licensed to CodeChaseDeal. Brand logos and retailer trademarks that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products, services, and merchants they refer to.
You may download, print, or cache pages for personal use. Any commercial republication, redistribution, mirroring, or framing requires a written license from us.
10. Disclaimers & exclusion of warranties
CodeChaseDeal is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that any coupon or deal will work on the merchant site, that prices shown are the lowest available, or that the site will be error-free or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CodeChaseDeal, its officers, employees, contractors, or partners be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost savings, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption);
- any loss arising from the use of (or inability to use) any coupon, deal, link, or recommendation on CodeChaseDeal;
- any act or omission of any merchant, affiliate network, or other third party referenced on the site;
even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) any fees we collected from you in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100 USD.
Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CodeChaseDeal and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- your use of CodeChaseDeal in breach of these terms;
- any content you post or submit to CodeChaseDeal;
- any violation of third-party rights including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights caused by you or your account.
13. Data privacy & GDPR
Your use of CodeChaseDeal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, the legal bases we rely on for processing, the specific data retention schedules, and your rights as a data subject under the GDPR. This includes details on the first-party, privacy-friendly visitor analytics we run on the public website — no raw IPs are retained, analytics are opt-out via Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control headers, and we do not embed any third-party trackers like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Hotjar.
14. Severability, governing law & disputes
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CodeChaseDeal is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or UK, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any dispute arising out of these terms will first be resolved by good-faith direct negotiation; failing that, either party may submit the matter to the courts of your country of residence (for consumers) or competent courts of CodeChaseDeal' registration (for business users).
